Generational traumas, travel like an invisible thread from one generation to the next, reappearing in new forms, asking to be understood, faced, and perhaps transformed. How do our lives connect and affect each others, even though we are separated by time?

Explores the connection between my life and my grandmother’s.

It focuses on how one generation’s experiences and influences often shape the next in a never-ending cycle.  They show up in different forms over time, waiting for us to understand, confront, and possibly heal them. This cycle is a lot like the never-ending rotation of day and night, symbolized by the sun and the moon. The sun, warm and full of life, represents the present moment—the time for action, where our choices become real. The moon, softer and more mysterious, stands for the past.

Ancestry holds memories, experiences, and even traumas from those who came before us, appearing in our dreams, fears, and daily habits. Every choice I make seems to be a continuation of a path my grandmother started.

It’s about finding our place within this endless rhythm.
